Once your organization is registered as an exhibitor, the main contact person we have on file will automatically receive an email from Visit with instructions on how to activate their account. After activation, this person can easily register team members in Visit Connect via "Team." When registering, they can also assign permissions to each team member, such as scanning badges, managing meetings, or using the chat function. Each registered team member will then receive a personal email invitation to access Visit Connect.
